For two seasons as the New York Giants offensive coordinator under Tom Coughlin,Ben McAdoo saw how the many players and staff that passed through the locker room loved and respected the future Hall of Fame coach.
It was hard not to. Coughlin never asked his players to do anything he wasn’t willing to do, such as spend extra time on the minute details or take pride in the product and presentation each player put forth, a reflection not just on the Giants organization, but also on the player and the name on the back of his jersey as well.
